The 400 series: Viscosity level TPE

Characteristics: It has excellent elastic resilience, good electrical insulation, good hand feeling, high tensile strength, excellent UV resistance and chemical resistance. The ABS/PC/AS and its alloys and other engineering plastics are also used for bonding, good surface effect, easy mold release and high temperature resistance.
Hardness: The hardness range is between Shore A 30 – shore A 99.
Non-toxic standard: no halogen, no O-benzene 16p,no nonyl phenol, no PFOS/PFOA, no PAHS, no Sb, no red phosphorus; in line with the requirements of RoHS2.0,and RE’s standard.
Application: It is widely used in meter case, electronic products, household goods and other industries , and some products can complies with FDA \LFGB and other food standards.

Electronic communication/ wires and cables: connector wires, plugs, computer wiring, mouse wires, earphone wires, charger wires, electronic products and other..
Mobile/computer sheath: TPE single sheath, TPE double-color sheath and so on.
