Introduction of environmentally friendly TPE in artificial turf applications and advantages

The environmentally friendly TPE is a filling material for artificial turf. TPE elastic granules not only provide a softer surface that absorbs vibration, but also make athletes less prone to injury, and they also have better sports characteristics, comparable to the top natural turf. TPE particles have no volatile odor and truly zero odor, in line with the development of today's healthy sports.
There are three main reasons why TPE granulesneed to be added into football field of artificial turf:
1. Since the turf is made of polymer wire drawing, it is necessary to use quartz sand or TPE particles to press the grass and stabilize the turf. Generally, the lower layer uses quartz sand and the upper layer uses TPE rubber particles;
2. The artificial turf of the football field does not have soil, so that when the person collides or falls, the body is stressed and easily injured. The high elasticity of TPE rubber can effectively simulate the feeling of the soil and prevent some injuries caused by collision with the site.
